The manufacturer warrants that its Flat Panel Roman Shades will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1-year from date of receipt - as long as the original purchaser owns the product and that such products were properly installed.

The obligation of the fabricator and its licensed fabricators and distributors is limited to repair or replacement of the shades, blinds, or components found to be defective.

The warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance. This warranty also does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the product.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, OR WARRANTIES.

In no event shall the vendor be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

To obtain service under this warranty, you need to contact Accent Blinds & Shades by phone at (888) 660-2546 or by fax at (877) 684-6188 for replacement, repair or to request a return authorization. Accent Blinds & Shades will arrange shipment from your place to the manufacturer and then the manufacturer will pay for shipping the product or replacement back to you anywhere in the continental United States. Special arrangements will have to be made for orders outside the 48 continental states.
