Once you are satisfied with your new window covering and the way it is installed in your home, Prestige Window Fashions guarantees your blind will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original windows for which it was intended in residential properties only.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, abuse or other instances outside of our control, including discoloration after exposed to strong sunlight and mildew due to improper cleaning or being exposed to wet surfaces or climates.

This warranty does not cover removal, transport or reinstallation charges which may occur as a result of defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall the manufacturer of woven and grass shades or its licensed fabricators or distributors be liable for incidental or consequential damages, or for any other damage, loss or expense, cost of fee associated with such damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.

Bamboo Sliding Panels

Your Bamboo Slider is protected against defects in material to the original buyer for 3 years. All colors tend to lose their original intensity over time. This is considered normal wear and tear, and is not covered by this Guarantee. Abuse, misuse and improper installation are not covered. Finally, color lots vary and may not exactly match the sample in your sample book or a previously ordered shade. Repair is the purchaser's sole remedy under this guarantee. B&W cannot be responsible for any installation costs nor costs of incidental or consequential damages.

To obtain service under this warranty, you need to contact Accent Blinds & Shades by phone at (800) 262-6081 or by fax at (877) 684-6188 for replacement, repair or to request a return authorization. Accent Blinds & Shades will arrange shipment from your place to the manufacturer and then the manufacturer will pay for shipping the product or replacement back to you anywhere in the continental United States. Special arrangements will have to be made for orders outside the 48 continental states.
