Prestige's Guarantee:
Once you are satisfied with your new window covering and the
way it is
installed in your home, Prestige
Window Fashions guarantees your order
will be
free from defects due to faulty workmanship or
materials for as
long as the original purchaser
owns the product, provided that the
product was
installed properly and in accordance with the
installation
instructions. The warranty is
extended to the original purchaser only, in
the
original windows for which it was intended in
residential properties
only.
Our Obligation To You: For claims covered by the guarantee, Prestige Window
Fashions will
replace or repair any product, with like or
similar parts, found to be
defective as a result of faulty
workmanship or materials, and excludes
shipping costs, trip
charges and labor costs for measuring and
installation.
Guarantee Limits: This guarantee does not apply to any Prestige Blinds or
parts thereof
which fail due to accident, alterations,
improper use, abuse, neglect,
normal wear, nor color fading
due to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air,
failure to
follow instructions for measuring, installing or operating
the
product.

Note: Wood Blinds are a natural product.
Slight warpage and
variations in color, texture and
grain are characteristic of real
wood. These variations
will be especially visible in blinds with light
color
stains. The variations are normal and natural and are
considered acceptable quality.
Any defect, malfunction or other failure of the
product to conform to this
limited guarantee will be remedied by
Prestige Window Fashions solely
in the manner provided in this
guarantee.
Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or
consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation
or exclusion
regarding such damages may not apply to you. Also,
this Limited
Guarantee gives specific legal rights, and you may
also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
To obtain service under this warranty, you need to contact
our customer
service by phone at (888) 660-2546
or by fax at (877) 684-6188 for
replacement, repair or to request a return authorization.
We will arrange
shipment from your place to the manufacturer and then the
manufacturer will pay for shipping the product or
replacement back to
you anywhere in the continental United
States. Special arrangements
will have to be made for orders
outside the 48 continental states. |
