Woodland Blinds warrants to the original purchaser that your window coverings will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and as long as the product remains in the original window. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.

This warranty shall not apply to any of the parts that have failed due to accident, negligence, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper handling, installations, or maintenance. Failure to follow instructions for operating or installing the product, loss of color intensity due to exposure to the sun over a long time, exposure to salt air, or normal wear and tear will also void this warranty

To obtain service under this warranty, contact Accent Blinds & Shades by phone at (888) 660-2546 or by fax at (877) 684-6188 for replacement or to request a return authorization. The original purchaser shall be responsible for the transportation cost of the product to Accent Blinds & Shades. Accent Blinds & Shades will pay for shipping the product or replacement back to the original purchaser anywhere in the continental United States.

No agent, representative dealer, or unauthorized employee of Accent Blinds & Shades has the authority to increase or alter the obligation of this warranty.
