Lifetime Warranty
All B&W Window Fashion products are protected against defects in material or
craftsmanship to the original buyer for 3 years upon receipt. Whether it is
bamboo, polyester or cotton, all colors tend to fade over time - this is
considered normal and is not covered under this guarantee. Improper
installation, misuse and abuse are also not covered under this guarantee. Repair
is the purchaser's sole remedy under this guarantee. B&W will not accept
responsibility for any costs associated with installation or incidental and
consequential damages.
Finally, dye-lots vary from stock to stock and may not exactly match the sample you received or a previously ordered shade. Budget willing, the best case scenario would be to order shades for the entire house from the same dye-lot. Quite often one's budget doesn't allow that and so second best thing to do would be to order all the shades that are going in the same room at the same time to ensure that the shades are made from the same dye-lot.
Important Notes:
- In the unlikely event of warranty repair or service B&W will cover the freight to have the shade(s) returned to their factory for up to 1-year from date of delivery. After the year has expired they will cover the return freight only.
- UPS covers all deliveries with a 30-day warranty. If there is damage to your order caused by freight UPS's insurance will pay the vendor to replace the damaged item. However, after 30-days there's nothing I can do to help you unless the damage was the result of faulty components or poor craftsmanship. My advice is to inspect all packages immediately for damage. If you notice damage open the box and inspect the contents - if there are missing or damaged parts call us immediately at 1-888-660-2546 to file an immediate claim.
- We cannot send you boxes to return a defective product - so please keep your boxes until all window coverings are installed and functional.
Payment at Time of Order
Since your window treatments are custom made, all orders must be paid when the
order is placed. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and checks. The charge will appear
on your credit card under Limb Corporation. Payment by a check will delay your
order by the time it takes for your check to clear your bank. If you want to pay
by check, you can speed up your order by using a cashier's or certified check.
The fastest way to receive your products is to order with your credit
card...through our secure server.
No Sales Tax Outside of Vermont
Since we are located in Vermont, we collect 5% sales tax on all orders shipped
to Vermont. We do not collect sales tax for orders shipped outside of Vermont.

At Accent Blinds and Shades, we respect your privacy. All information you
provide to us will be kept absolutely confidential. We will never trade your
private information to anyone, for anything...Period.
Returns or Exchanges
All products on this site are custom-built to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for any reason other than warranty repair or service. Cancellations cannot be made once the vendor receives the order, which is always within 24 hours of our receipt of payment.

listed vendor. Accent Blinds and Shades is authorized by these vendors to sell
these products. All of our products are quality products and covered by the
manufacturers' warranties in the United States.
Production Time:
The production time doesn't start until B&W receives and confirms your order.
Once confirmed the order will ship within 10 to 12 business days NOT
including weekends or federally recognized holidays.
Shipping Charge - Horizon Shades (Horizontal
Natural Roman Shades, Averte Natural Fold and Elance Sliding Panels):
Horizon Natural Shades, the Averte Natural Fold and Elance Sliding Panels are
shipped at Freight Saver rates to all states in the continental U.S.A. These are
NET rates - in other words, we do not charge one penny more than what B&W
charges us. Rates are based on the width of the unit and will not exceed $199.00
per order.
